Captain Marvel and Isis was my favorite growing up in both the show and the comics. Filmation made some fantastic shows and I am so sorry that they are gone.
well at least capt marvel is the only super hero to transform and look completely different no one ever figured out that superman and kent clark or Isis and Andrea are the same person. Love the catchy music
An early role for Andrew Stevens in this episode. That same year (1976) he starred in one of my favorite horror movies: Massacre at Central High. SIx years later he played the stalker in The Seduction, where he famously sweated off five gallons of water while peering through a closet at Morgan Fairchild's breasts.
I loved this show.. this and Isis when I was a kid. You know with Smallville off the air.. Shazam would be great.. Although Captain Marvel needs a costume... LOLOL. I was meaning Shazam could reach that demographic.
I loved this stuff when I was a kid.....a wee bit painful to watch now...but it's worth it for the nostalgia. Warning...if you are a kid now....this is probably going to suck more than a Singapore hooker on buck-a-blow night. Just saying.
@DementedCaver the kids nowadays should see this. It makes your imagination really work. But those lightning bolts when he changes are timeless. I showed it to my nephew, he watched it a couple times. And he
I'm 44yrs old and I still, to this day remember this episode and the music @3:30. When I was 10yrs old, I remember pretending to be Capt. Marvel @my Grandparents farm. And going to play in the fields, trying to make a magnifying glass out of country dirt. I came in the house looking like a "dusty hobo". lol!!!!!!!!!! GOODTIMES.
Anybody notice everybody stopped and looked at each other when Isis showed up. 7:33 Love these old shows but I thought that was funny. I've been drinking to so that might have helped.
