call me a fanboy, but I noticed almost every MK adaptation outside the games makes Scorpion out to look like an evil man, when in the games he is a neutral warrior fighting to avenge his wife, son and clan when they were murdered by the Lin Keui and Quan Chi, and yet in the some of the games, scorpion may be a wild card, but he has a sense of honor(vowing to protect the younger sub-zero in atonement for killing the olde sub-zero)

This Conquest TV series storyline is not canon. At least I don't think it is. Either way, I enjoyed it though.

WOOO first comment... ok now that's over with. I love how sub zero had turned on the lin kuei (however I like the lin kuei more than the shirai-ryu) and alomst defeated scorpion until he had to be a wuss and rely on his "pet snake"

Y'know, it's weird to me how in every live-action portrayal of Scorpion his trademark rope is replaced with a strange snakelike creature. In actuality it should just be a spearhead attached to a rope. Also, this Scorpion is a joke.

I know that it's a prequel to the games, with the main character being the Great Kung Lao, not the present day Kung Lao. But if we use that logic, Scorpion shouldn't even be there. Neither should Noob Saibot, since he's the wraith version of the original Sub-Zero. Neither should Sub-Zero for that matter. So the show is pretty illogical all around, but it's still awesome.

@BootySweat4491 But just because his name is Sub Zero doesn't mean its the sub zero we all know and love from the games, REMEMBER that when the ORIGINAL subzero was killed his brother took the name of Sub Zero..this was LONG before so there could of been other sub zeros just like there's the GREAT KUNG LAO.

I disagree. I mean it'd be bizarre if Sub-Zero was the first Cyromaster but then also his brother was the second and his brother's friend frost was the 3rd in a span on one generation.

The implication is that there are a few and always has been.

I understand there may have been others before him, but I don't find it logical that they were all called Sub-Zero. Just take Frost, she wasn't called Sub-Zero. I' pretty sure this was meant to be the same character from the current series.
