It's hokey and very clearly dated, but I'm impressed that the movie proves instead of preaching, and that the punishments are far more moderate than what the average 1958 kid received around here.

The 1950s are badly represented by the Left, which cannot distinguish them from the 1850s, and the Right, which wants to go back to the 1850s and call it the 1950s.
