Firestar is a no good hoe, first she was with Iceman, then she dissed him when they meet Peter. Then she enjoyed watching them both fight over her. I know! And the relationship is so overtly romantic, especially for a kid's cartoon. It's a very rare storyline in American TV, especially back in 1981. Marvel Productions was ahead of its time.

eur, in the 70's, asain men were kicking everyone's ass and getting th chicks. By the mid 80's, parody comedy films like police academy and revenge of the nerds depicted asian men as weak and nerdy. Asian women wer virutally non existent. As by growing up in america in the 80's I watched tv shows from china, japan, and korea and i knew what hollywood was depicting was totally false.

In the 70's asian dudes were kicking ass, in the 80's, here in america they got this re for being weak.
