@jmannunez the reason there was no footage form the Kingdom Hearts games was down to the fact that squareenix wont allow the video games live concerts to use any game footage from any of their games so they used disney film footage of the disny cast is the game

@Demitassie Copyright issues prevented them from using the imagaes from the actual game. And Mickey was their at the end because the cartoon he was shown in (Steamboat Willie) was Disney's very first animated cartoon. So they wanted to bookend the video with the popular animated characters of today with the very first one they ever had.

I cried on the Kingdom Hearts segment. I think it had to do with the realization of getting older and leaving innocence. And Disney is a HUGE part of most American kids. So sad :(

I forget the exact reasoning behind the issue, but from what I understand, Square-Enix allows VGL to use music from their games, but not video. As far as I know, getting permission to use clips from the games is something they have been trying to do for a while.
