It wasnt working at first but i know now why and here it is. You have to set the option on Perfect Sync i didnt really know what was going on but now its working great make sure you have all the bios for Sega Cd and you are right her voice is not that good but still a great classic. and im proud to own it now

i dont get it i try to get a fucking ROM for this game and they all dont fucking work wtf if anybody got a ROM for Time Gal for Sega CD let me know and make sure it works.

@brycezimmer i had the some problem too, but i have no idea what the fuck i did, but somehow it started working, maybe because im using the us sega cd model 2 bios
