@whitetyger00 Just do what we did with our second and third Warlords. Buy the epic model and just up scale it to a 40k size. 1/8" on the epic model equals 1.5" on the larger model. :)

start to finish around 5 months. but that was with little motivation. I didn't plan on selling it and when I got that price, motivation bumped it's way back to the top! I could probably have one done in about 3 months.

What is the material you made it from?

The main structure is made out of foam core. All the tubing is out of pvc piping, and the the upper half, feet, and arm plates are covered with plastic card.

i might post a vid on what my progress is on my warlord titan. i made already the top body for mine i need to do is get a nother weapon, make the bottom body, the legs and detail work u mine giving me some tips on the converting? it sure would be a help. one more thing can you tell me where you get the rules? is it downloadable?

Take a look at 3:32 of this clip. What I did was cut a hole in the bottom of the shoulders, then I filled them with the foam in a can then before it dried I shoved a piece of 3/4" pipe into the hole until it touched the top and still leaving about 3/4" out of the shoulder. As you can see There are two angles on the bottom of the shoulder, I used the angled one so when I used the 45* angle joint the weight of the arm would pull down on the smaller pipe so it wont fall out.

Like I said around $1,000. If you look at blue table painting's, if I'm not mistaken, They wanted $2,500 for theirs. and to answer "joey" again, ForgeWorld doesn't make a Warlord titan, the largest they make is a Reaver titan which only stands 16" tall and costs 550 GBP or around 1,100 usd.

I made mine 32in. tall, but 32-36 will all look good. If you decide to go taller then I did I would put it into the legs.

sure, Bluetable painting made their own version of a warlord titan, It's kind of based on the epic version so it still looks good.

this model isn't actually made by forge world or Games workshop yet. the closest thing games workshop makes is the epic version of the warlord titan, but that is only about 3in tall.

I dont think Games Workshop has any plans on making something this big to put on the marketing shelf. I think it would be to costly for them to make templates/molds to produce such a large figure, let along the price tag they would have to put on it to make a profit. What they did do was give you stats to make your own to play in apocalypse games, so this is what I did. But I plan on selling it soon. But then again I don't speak for GW so anything is possible.

The parts to make everything? well gosh, The foam core is from many different places, hobby stores,exc. All the PVC piping is from a Hardware store, Mainly Home Depot. Also the Pink foam was form Home Depot. And the Plastic card and tubing was from a hobby/gaming store as well. Does this help?

not really, The warlord differs in size depending on its class. How tall do you think one should be? I've seen some as small as 24" which is too short but I thank if it's between 32-36" your on the money. Thanks for your interest though

What ?!? no I'm a gamer. I just play tau and orks, so I have no use for this awesome gaming piece. I have around 8,000 points of tau and I'm just starting orks. The thing is if I played marines or even imperial guard, I wound be making two, one to keep and one to sell. I looked around and seen that blue table painting is selling theirs or sold theirs for $2,500 so I said what the heck , printed off some pics of the epic warlord and went to town. :-)
