You can easily tell why Basilisk and Berserk fall under the category of for people 17 and up and why Naruto is really for pre teens(12 years old) to adults. It not for adults it for all ages. By the way some of the subs are usually incorrect when translating it. So wouldn't take the cussing really serious. Good thing I watch animes RAW lol.
