  • Wonderful job Carole!!!

  • Very beautiful!

BUT: What about the dogs, that get killed in the FRENCH SHELTERS??

  • @TheGreentea13

They do not have the terrible crisis we have in the US and the dogs up for adoption in the shelters are large so we brought little dogs where there were homes for them. In LA, they are killing these dogs. These dogs would have been dead. Besides, the animal protection movement is international. There are no borders. All suffering is suffering and we did the tiny little bit we could.

  • @TheGreentea13 French shelters don't have these kinds of dogs. They have homes here, so we airlifted them to save their lives. We did not cost French dogs' lives. Suffering knows no borders.

  • This is incredible. I am in tears. The one on Carole's lap with the black mask I would have taken in a heartbeat. The problem is TOO MANY DOGS....we have too many dogs here. Congratulations for this rescue....all the way to France! That's quite a trip....from hell to HELLO!!! A wonderful life for all. Great job !!

  • @LhasaHappyHomes Thank you! He just was placed in his forever home an hour ago. A French extended family, 8 people, 2 little girls who want to play with him all day and night. This was such a joyful rescue for these dogs. A long flight and 21 days in quarantine after the shelter but so worth it. You're right, that dog is gorgeous. He has long black eye lashes and a slight underbite (I'm partial to those). A sweet, sweet boy.

  • BLESSINGS!

  • Thank you Dr. Jen Hendee, Christine Lascaux of Air France and Robert VanVorthuysen of KLM/ Air France!
