the conditions stated in the opening comment are correct. right now only basic humanitarian goods are being allowed into Gaza and even those are not being allowed in in the numbers that are required. The siege continues....
i used to hang out at the beach in tel aviv everyday when i first moved to israel in middle school. there was an interesting environment to it because you could see submerged barrels in the sand where unidentified backpacks or bags were supposed to go if they were suspicious of being bombs. this film looks like it will definitely provide an excellent commentary on this extreme situation through something as peaceful and unifying as surfing. looking forward to its release.
