these shoes suck for running. My new shox tore in less than two months of running with them. If you guys want real running shoes buy asics and stop buying this plastic shoes that don't last at all. They do look nice, but it is sad that they suck for running.

After test between Puma Cell Top Speed(undestractable model), Nike Shox Deliver(nose eat grass after 4 months and amortisator get slick after 8-9 mnths), Nike AirMax 180(using now and prefer better than shox, but only disapointment is that the material is not real leather :( ) How about Nike Air Max Tailwind?!?

I'm a personal trainer and I will only wear Nike shox runners. However, many people are right - they wear out fast. They provide great comfort for your feet and heels.

I get some of the best squats with Nike shox. You dorsi-flex your heel and dig in for that perfect squat. Running in them is like Hermes on the clouds. I digress.
