If you'd check penalty chart you'll see that the rule cited for this offence is t.21. So, it's not about safety, it's about dispalcing your valid target in illegal manner
What a great back and forth this was. The cards weren't pretty but all the stuff in the middle was. Most of the cards were correct, but some I think you've just got to let them fence.
Why the hell does it matter if he spells correctly or not. We all understood what he was saying. Youtube comments are hardly formal documentation, after all.

If he backed up anymore he would have bean off the strip witch would award the other fencer a point anyways. so in reality he couldnt back up.
