  • @packoftwenty No, what @TheImpressed meant is that you have no argument. You have anger, and a keyboard. Your arguments don't require logic, or even sentience really. You could train a monkey to use sign language to repeat the exact same thing over and over again. We have many reasons to like the Ribbon.

  • You'll find Office 10 on this site -

    downloadblinks . C//O//M

  • Even Jensen Harris's voice tells you that he's an asshole. I can just picture him, sitting sipping his latte with all his douchebag Microserf 'friends', while they try to come up with the NEXT douchebag user interface mega fuck up, which they can get paid a fortune for. Who cares about what their customers think? Certainly not them. These people are idiots who have NO FAITH in their own products, because if they did, they would allow you to CHOOSE the old interface, but they daren't.

  • Nobody is forced to use it. OpenOffice is free and still looks like Office 97.

  • @olfrygt2007 No, "nobody is forced to use it", apart from the MILLIONS of workers who are FORCED by their asshole bosses to use it, because it's new, so it must be better!

I see that you couldn't actually give any argument in FAVOUR of 'the ribbon', typical douchebag logical fallacy response that I expected from the sort of moron who actually LIKES 'the ribbon'. Microsoft are idiots and Jensen Harris is the biggest twat of all. These videos prove his stupidity...

  • @packoftwenty says the guy whoms argumentation consists of a series of insults :D

  • @olfrygt2007 What a brilliant, logical rebuttal. You don't even understand the basics of user interfaces.

  • @packoftwenty

You fill literally every comment you make on this series with little more than personal insults and you expect a logical rebuttal? I cannot see why someone would be inclined to give you such respect, considering you certainly don't return the favor.

  • @TheImpressed I guess that lets you off the hook then! You idiot...

"Boo hoo... you weren't polite to me, so I don't have to prove I'm right any more... Which is very convenient, seeing as I CAN'T..."

    w w w exceluser com/explore/surveys/ribbon/ribbon-survey-results.htm

What do all those people say?

Jensen Harris is a latte sipping douchebag, living in his own little fantasy world, with his fellow latte sipping nerds, who haven't got a clue about user interface design.

  • "The fish". Looks NOTHING like a fish scale, nothing like a fish. But typical of these overpaid morons to call it "the fish". How quaint.

Manueldaman is absolutely right- the statistics are skewed by the fact that Microsoft used newbies who knew sod all about Microsoft Office. The Ribbon SLOWS you down, and drives you nuts, and stops you from getting your work done. It is a joke. And listening to this cretin try to justify his stupidity is more than flesh and blood can bear...

  • @packoftwenty it looks like the skeleton of the fish. Look at a fish skeleton. Start thinking.

Stop the idiotic rant and start looking around you.

  • 8===D~~~~~

  • The stats are biased by non-power users. People who work fast on Office use shortcuts. People who probably can't even touch type use the mouse more often. Unfortunately it is those non-power users that bring revenue to Office, therefore we are stuck with this crap.

  • This is baloney, guys. Corporate after the fact speak.

  • @cosmiquemuffin Well said. These assholes will NEVER admit they are wrong. They just FORCE tens of millions of people to use this shit, because most of us are forced to use it by asshole bosses, who waste money on 'the latest thing', even though it's worse than what we had before.
