Its obviously the car drivers fault because if you look at the road next to this you can see that the light is red which would mean this street was red to give way to people going across. Car driver. FUCKED UP big time

@XDeadrising2X it's not always like that. There could be green right only for one of the 4 roads. There are such crossroads ;). And maybe some green but only for turning when there couldn't be a conflict in normal driving.

@LucaTurilli89 actualy if you look at the road theres a pedestrian crossing, the driver of the car wouldnt have been able to turn left, if its not a pedestrian crossing, then before the car hits the bike, look on the other road, to scooters or bikes pass by, the biker had the green light making him able to turn either right or left. but thats my theory anyway i could be wrong
