I had forgotten about the infamous ICTS / Verint (mossad) israeli company doing the security work in Vancouver. That is an important bit of info!

ICTS was responsible for security at two of the airports that 9/11 planes took off from, they were responsible for the underground security during the 7/7 bombings and they were responsible for security at Schiphol airport where the underwear bomber got onto an international flight with NO passport.
