  • Love ya and miss ya,...

  • I played in a band with him in Richmond in 1990-91. He was just as inventive and powerful on electric as on acoustic. The news of his passing is a tremendous shock to me still. Rest in peace, Jack.

  • Good-bye friend, you will be missed

  • wa!!! he die!!

  • that mustache is the highlight of MY evening

  • How the hell could this not be the highlight of the evening.

Man this pretty damn amazingly fantastic.

  • Great stuff, I've only just found out about this guy.

  • He was a student of John Fahey's, so......

  • and a good student was he!

  • Hey is he playing a dulcimer?!?!? Sure looks like one...

  • Met this gut at a show in Santa cruz,ca.

Talked to him for a couple of hours.

    good dude.

  • nice sound

  • Well, in this great big world, and with cynicism at an all time high reducing this world to a veritable Dark Age all over again, I suppose there are worst influences to emulate. Frankly, when I saw him live I didn't think about Fahey that much at all. It may have something to do with the fact that the great Peter Walker was soon to play after him, but man oh man was that night wonderful. A whopping 13 people showed up and in Seattle of all places. Jack Rose is what is right with music today.
