Not hard to catch at all. He can walk by in the middle of the street in Juarez and nothing will happen to him because the mexican army and the federal policie are bought and paid for by him. The problem of Juarez is the "internal corruption" of the federal police and the army who extort, kidnp and kill innocent people for money. If they leave Juarez, The violence will stop.

@alahad I do agree with alahad and i do hope he wins this drug war, El Chapo Guzman+ alias is Cleaning mexico, Cleaning it from this Kidnappers, that kidnap Innocent people and children(a couple of months ago they kidnap a 13 year old girl while traveling to mexico with her parents, they ask for $20k exchange for there daughter, they didn't have enough, they only send $10k, so the kidnappers send only half of there daughter)

its horrible to have to settle, but with a corrupt governement its kinda like all we can wish for... :(

@sararudd92 mmm well first of all... the U.S governement is not perfect, you know there is also corruption in there, another thing is that since most of the drug that's smuggled here is for the U.S the troubles are here in the passage, another thing is the U.S governement is helping but cannot stop it by itself because we are a sovereign country, therefore letting armed forces from other countries into ours is unacceptable, i personally think we are on the right track on open war against drugs

That is incorrect. They launched a program there to trace weapons recovered in Mexico, and about 1 in 4 come from the US. Most of the weapons come from Central America. You can't get grenades and machine guns in the US, you can get 9mm and shotguns, but that isn't enough to take on an army or a mexican cartel
