  • @zeshybadboy They're exercises that work more than one muscle group at a time. For example bench press works your chest, triceps, and shoulders in the same exercise. But obviously your chest gets worked on the most. Isolation exercises work only ONE muscle group, like dumbbell curls which work ya biceps. But hey man, this is just an answer to your question, do WHATEVA the FUCK!!! YOU WANNA DOOOOO!

  • Ive been losing weight for 2 years now with great results. I used to run on a treadmill doing interval training for 40-50mins. It was do-able when i really had the motivation but its boring as fuck.

  • @deyriell After the work workout so you you're not tired for your hard workout, ALSO if you run afterwards, it will get to blood pumping through your muscles, and dissipate some of the acids so you're less sore the next day.

    Weight lifting: push ups, pull ups , squats. All those exercises are good compound exercises as you are working many muscles at once.

    Cardio: You can combine many exercises like burpees, rope jumping, quick squats with no weights or little weight, a few push ups, running, sprinting, walking. Combine any of these so you do each for about 40 seconds then start doing another exercises. When you do cardio the idea is go faster and alternating exercises so your hear rate increase.

  • If I already have a high metabolism does that mean I should do the opposite of what your saying? So I do more isolation exercies rathen then compound exercises?

  • @Mr2012Music nope im guessing you want to gain weight and gain muscle since you should be skinny if you have a high metabolism. So i'd say you should figure out your MBR through google and then your metabolic rate average is around 2300 give or take so add like 300-500kcal onto that so you should be eating around 2600-2800 kcal every day do gain weight but also you need to lift heavy, get right amount of protein and carbs and SLEEP/REST

  • The "AfterBurn Effect" is just raising your metabolism. Your basically doing your normal weight's (So heavy if you do heavy) But with veeeery little to no rest time. You want to be fast, but intense. It's basically HIIT, High Intnsity Interval Training. All it is is doing compound movements (movements that uses more than one muscle). Bench. Squats. Deadlifts. Rows. That's all you need to know. But regardless it's all about intensity. Go hard or don't go at all.
