Thank you for your very professional tutorial. Can you explain how to reduce or condense a file larger than 700 mb so I can put it in my CD? Currently, the music file is over 1,000 mb so I can't put it on my CD from the computer.

It's usually trial and error to get the best quality/file size combination. You can try lowering the bit rate. Go to edit-->preferences, then choose 'quality'. You can try lowering the default sample rate and sample format if you have to keep it as a WAV for CD purposes.

You can also trim out as much excess silence or anything else that isn't needed to cut down on the file size. Depending on your file you may have to just cut it in half and use two CDs.

what hrz settings should I use for the high and low pass filters? say for a bass guitar, rythym guitar, drums, vox, etc? is there a basic setting I should stick to? also, in which order should these effects be performed?

I have a question for you.. i have this software and what i want to do is this..take a video clip audio and remove the special effects ie.phaser shots explosions etc and remove the music and the voices how do i do this? is there another software i need or just this one? thanks
