  • Their new leader spent a good part of his education in sweden and may want his ppl to experience some of those freedoms..who knows. Time will tell.

  • I hope one day, that somehow, someway. The north koreans will have unlimited free access to the Internet, and receive tv channels out side of north korea. So that they may see how far behind in technology they really are..and how no body really respects their government, and how much better life in south korea is with a real democracy. And maybe north koreans will begin to rebel against their government. So that no outside force has to topple the nk regime. It's a possibility it might happen. T

  • @RK831 Its all fake. Ive read a book about french journalist who went to NK and people followed him and required to take photos in what they ordered. There are many people who are really in famine and poor. They even eat grsses.. Those people on photos or NK woman or men on TV are mostly rich rich communists or those families who have apartments cellphones and computers and who can go abread. The most of Korean(north) are poor.

  • Another lovely day in paradise

  • They only let you film at the nice areas and they watch you like a hawk. Go to the dirty areas and the smell is worse than the bog of eternal stench.

  • full of car.

  • Look at the little girls at 0:26. They are actually smiling and happy!

  • omg!!

    they are just like us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • children are still the same, whereever you go.

  • they are behind with 50 years

  • It is true, it doesn't seem "too bad" because it isn't. But this only applies for those lucky enough to be allowed to live in Pyeongyang or those who were born in there. You go outside of the capital city and the place is full of malnourished and dirty people with no electricity or clean running water who live in absolute poverty.

  • wow, seems the North Koreans have actually bent the fabric of time around NK to make time studder as documented in this video. And we're worried about nuclear weapons, THEY GOT TIME MACHINES!

  • Ok in this seen act like we have a buss that works..um no

  • Quite Organized !

  • i guess they forgot about all the people starving to death

  • they wish they was is in south korea

  • another propaganda? duh....

  • Most of the people in this video are fairly well off-but check out some other youtube videos showing housing-most show large high rise flats that look bare with no electricity inside, looking like a really poor run down area of the states :( You cant even walk around korea using google streetview, and they limit internet usage to all but the most wealthy. Most people are poor, led by an idiot government spreading lies about the rest of the world, wasting its cash on weapons instead of the basics

  • I thought the cheeky smile of the traffic cop was funny. No traffic but once again, pictures of well fed people. It`s like brushing the cat shit under the carpet.

  • I feel bad for their people. They dont have anything promising to grow up for unless you count eating rice and going to school or the factory promising.

  • @vikings11091 isnt it?

  • 입 닥쳐

  • North Korea seems Chernobyl

  • That is the most depressing place on earth!

And who ever filmed this, has strong ties with the top officials.

  • All I saw was the most rich people in NOrth Korea. they are 1%s, not 99%.

  • @csmtotoro Oh their population must be bigger then 24 millions then I guess.

  • Doesn't show the reality of most North Koreans living in bad housing with no heating and hardly any food.. hmm

  • @SonicGeneration Just like China and America?

  • Not your typical pauper North Korean children.

  • this is a pure society... without all the western garbage

  • @blufflop Go live there for a week and i bet you will hate that place for the rest of your life!

  • @TheValmirZz I'd love to live there a week. Let's see who is wrong and right n00b. Go live in American back streets, let's see how fast you will get killed by 3 days

  • @SMGJohn Yeah you'd love it all right. I'm sure you'd love starving to death, "n00b".

  • @skating1611 You starve to death before I even finish my turkey salad

  • @SMGJohn @ What? You make no sense whatsoever.

  • @skating1611 You asked

  • @SMGJohn I didn't ask you anything.

  • @skating1611 You asked me to starve to death.

  • @SMGJohn Is English your second language? I did not ask you that.

  • @skating1611 Yes we all likes to be random don't we?

  • @SMGJohn what? o.O

  • @SMGJohn Oh yeh?

    Go than :)

  • @TheValmirZz I went. And it was heaven the streets where made out of gold and the womans where heavenly. Best place on earth

  • You do realize that only "high class" people are allowed to live in Pyongyang, right? They stick all the "inferior" people away from foreign sight.

  • I feel bad for those kids....the things they won't grow up to see

  • @scooter13071 they look happy opposed to western kids who are never happy because they are so over dosed with STUFF and Imperialist garbage!

  • i like how they make it look like the best place in the world esp. when most of their people are starving.

  • because it is

  • why do people say is really bad in there

  • This is complete bullshit. Maybe in Pyongyang. North Korea communist regime isn't fooling anyone with a brain. These people are suffering and need help!

  • they're really bad actors

  • Thanks for the video. It shows people are people, regardless where they live.

  • is this real people or they just acting to make N.K to look good?

  • to put kids into uniforms is as much a crime as tying them up to religion. Like the muslims, who let their babies recite their book.

  • @lunafringe10 Military uniforms for children is understandable, but I feel school uniforms are a good thing for children.

  • @lunafringe10 "tying them up to religion" you r the ones who were not taught enough about religion and god, in the USA and Europe, they make fun of those who believe in god and don't believe in science and the evolution, well guess what, in Islam we believe in god and we believe in science and the evolution, learn more about Islam from Muslims not from western media and from those who call themselves Middle east experts.

  • When over 90% of your country is Christian, it's quite hard to make fun of them. This, in general terms, is racism, which is seen as almost intolerable in British society and is grossly unpopular. And seeing as how RE is a compulsory subject on the national curriculum, it's difficult not to learn about other religious views.

  • @lunafringe10 The fact that you used the word "let" implies that they have a choice in the matter. And the whole basis of uniforms is to give people identity, ad specifically in military terms, a sense of pride and respect. Be honest, if you saw a uniformed soldier, having just returned from a tour of dutyt, what would you do; point and laugh or applaud?

  • @Hindenburg12886 I wont do neither, laugh nor applaud. I m not in the habit of taunting people. But i m not in favor of the military.

  • @lunafringe10 Be that as it may, I do see where you're coming from, but it must be said that in some circumstances, uniform should be compulsory in order to maintain discipline e.g schools, military, work etc. In North Korea, they make children wear military-style uniforms as part of drilling the regime into their heads, which, I totally agree, is wrong. It isn't the uniform that's wrong, it's the reason why they wear it that is wrong. It worked in the 30s', and it seems to be working now...

  • i find this difficult to masturbate to

  • north korea is best korea

  • got to love those human traffic lights

  • It's confirmed, traffic enforcers in North Korea has the most boring job in the world!

  • i dont see nothing wrong

  • Honored, I would feel to film North Korean life so closely. La Crea Multimedia is remarkably lucky.

  • I think the west has been lying to us about many, many things for many, many years...

  • I think you should move there and find out. Try opening say a church or business let me know how that works out for you. That is if you live to tell about it

  • "not too bad" claim is false. Its formated.

  • This dont seem too bad

  • @saigondj This is the capital, it's the showcase and the only city were you are allowed. Notice something in all shots of the squares - this is the capital of a country with 20 million inhabitants. The squares look real empty for afternoons.

  • @Kinjamaimai i dont believe you how do you prove it?

  • If Kim Jong un were a good leader, I'll stop hating dprk

  • this is the creepiest thing ive ever seen

  • It's not as bad as I had originally had in mind. Kim Jong-Un needs to realize what he's doing to the people and be free like South Korea, and then it would be great.

  • @NicksLocker Sorry to put it this way... but this is for the people who visit, these kids are eating the best food there, and even if you ever GO to NK, you'll never go near the true tragedy that this country has bistowed upon its people. These kids are a Facade.

  • Children are always happy.

  • Ok people, maybe N. Korea is not the best place to live in the world, but before any of you try to point fingers at other countries you should check where you live. I moved to California 6 months ago and all I have to say is that we are living in 2011 almost 2012 and there is still a lot of racism, unemployment ( im one of those), homeless people and a lot of BS that they US media doesn't show. But yeah, sometimes I wonder if N. Korea, Cuba and Venezuela are what people say they are....

  • @colombus66 Are you kidding, racism, you think that's a concern that we should be focusing on. It will always exist just like the desire to fuck who you are attracted to. A nation that brain washes you into believing in a false god like head of state that even puts you in concentration camps in 2011 and 2012 for petty crimes is sickening. If you wonder sometimes how it really goes down there then educate yourself first, bitch.

  • @YORANUZ Educate myself?!?!?! Is easy to advocate about human rights by just calling people bitch in a fucking computer...what the fuck have you done to help??? I bet nothing...just whining like a fucking bitch behind a computer, at least i'm honest, if i'm not going to do anything about it, why even bother.

  • @colombus66 WOw single out the word at the end of my statement and act like you did something maybe you should ask yourself the same question "what the fuck have you done to help???" Your a joke and I was being honest too, about your stupidity XP

The fact that you replied with nothing else means you know nothing else gtfo

  • @colombus66 You are 2D face Chinese. Confirmed 100%

  • @colombus66 You have any doubt...Am pretty sure you move to one of those countries and live there for 3 moths am you will get back repating like crazy and for the rest of your live .God bless America, God bless america, God bless america God bless america and will not stop saying it at lest for two weeks.

  • @santiago33026 one country being "better" than some really bad countries, does not make it good. We should not strive to be better than other other people, but to be the best within our power and simply that.

  • @santiago33026 Yeah, you are right i'm 100% sure that I would hate that place for the rest of my life, but at least i'm honest and not a hypocrite like most assholes that just talk a lot of shit about dictators and other countries, but they don't even help their own people...is easy to stay at home behind a computer and pretend that they are doing something right? ;)

  • This is the FAKEST shit I have ever watched. "Daily life" HAHAHA more like daily STAGED

  • @mychokehold im korean this is not a fake.

  • stiff people....

  • 0:50. I thought that there was latest HP notebook on the grass.

  • Looks like what life would be like if Hitler won.

  • @ZebbMassiv

Actually, no. Sorry to be pedantic, before the war, and rationing, life was great for Germans. Britain had much less jam n cookies.

  • @ZebbMassiv damn straight.

  • This is Pyongyang. Only the rich and elite government families live here. It's no representation of your typical countryside worker.

  • @DysprosiumJudas This is New York, mainly the rich and the elite live there but it is no representation on your typical ghetto, slum or deprived area.

  • Is is true that the women aren't allowed to wear trousers?

  • STEP OUT OF THE CIRCLE AND YOU WILL DIE!!! 0:47

  • For anyone who thinks North Korea is so much better than anyone says about it, check out monkeetime's North Korea documentary. It will give you a first-hand look at just how shitty North Korea actually is.

And to the idiot saying North Korea are friendly and welcome Americans, yeah, they welcome them by putting on a bunch of shows and fake performances so that the visitors will leave thinking it's great. Stop being so fucking blind, you mong.

  • @MastaKadaj I saw Monkeetime's documentary and was fascinated by it. I lived in South Korea and visited the DMZ. I feel so sorry for the N. Korean citizen who are brainwashed into hating South Koreans and the west. I'm shocked at so many delusional YouTubers who think Capitalism is the problem.

  • Youtube is one of only few tools to counter negative propaganda about N.korea. Propaganda written by profit-run jounalists who only cares about careers than complete truth; jounalist already know what "audience" wants to hear and selectively choose info to bring "music to your ears" info on N.Korea to achieve better rating for their show. Nothing about N.Korea, but propaganda for career promotion.

  • Shir commisist.

  • DPRK SHOULD BURN!!!! NUKE EM AND BE DONE WITH IT!!!! THEY CANT BEAT US!!!! THEY SUCK!!!! FUCK THEM!!!!!!!

  • @t22films we should nuke them because their all nuts and thier people are brainwashed to view the whole worlds as enemies, these people have no purpose in life.

  • @GangsterG2 Don't say that. Many families have been split up because of the war. It was not their choice for it to happen, so you saying that we should "nuke" them is really cruel. Kim Jeong Il is nuts, not the people who are forced to live there. Be more considerate.

  • @DavidEatsPaste agreed !! & Americans are brainwashed too, but many fail to realize it. :/

  • @NATURALLY011 you can say that about every country on this gullibal planet. some are worst than others

  • @GangsterG2

i don't see how you're any less brainwashed. sounds to me that you're more nuts considering you want to commit genocide!

  • I don't believe North Korea is a utopia. That's propaganda. Yet so is trying to portray it as a godless, mindless, soulless land brainwashed to do the bidding of Kim Jong Il. We fear what we cannot know, and as N.Korea is behind an "Iron Curtain", we can never know the country 100%. I'm sure communists show our slums and ghettos to portray America as negatively as possible, as we do to them. And while it may not be 100% true, it's enough to really have an impact.

  • 0:52 - nice sneakers.

  • kz like

  • any north korean here? just wanting to see if any of you have internet access lol

  • @cardude1992 There is no internet access, no mobile phones and vehicles are kind of restricted.

That being said though i dont think North Korea is the no mans land shit hole the U.S propoganda machine makes it out to be.

I actually see alot the same between the US and DPRK for example how the "Dear Leader" is made into somewhat of a popularity cult, it's just the same in our culture, pop culture and celeb nonsense are the Kim Jong Il of our society.

    It's an intresting place.

  • Cupcakechargin, ur a fucking idiot. People cant even get in this country and cant even leave! The ppl dont even have internet access because they are all brainwashed and kim doesnt want them to know the truth about him and N. Korea!

  • You know why there isn't street lights, its because they cant afford to keep the city lit up. And also notice how theres bairley any ppl. (prison camps)

  • 1:08 I never saw old Karosa bus to be rebuild as trolleybus. If this is propaganda movie, imagine how bad must be reality.

  • The little girls are really really cute!!

  • as long as you aren't in prison camp, it looks okay.

  • at least nobody's a fat shit like in the US

  • North korea realy seem like a normal Country.

  • NORTH KOREA IS BEST KOREA

  • 北朝鮮にも純朴な大人や純粋無垢な子供も居る・・・

    もしも戦争状態になっても、この子達に被害が及んでほしくないし、本当に平和な時代が来るまで生きていてほしい。

  • I would say central Pyongyang is not typical of north korea as a whole, is it ?

  • @bojnin cannibalism in the countryside, some say.

  • @Sivels yes indeed, according to a published testimony I read of Hyok Kang who grew up in North Korea and witnessed the famines in the 1990s. His family survived thanks to the foreign currencies relatives had been sending from Japan.

  • cute kids

  • The kid in the general's uniform is the coolest thing.

  • haha this is propaghanda

  • @element68 at its best.
