I currently am living in Bilwi. Yes Creole English is spoken here, it sound like Patois (Jamaican English) In Bilwi, Miskito, and Spanish is spoken everywhere but, Creole English is spoken by maybe every tenth person.

how they talk?? is an english speakin person able to understand them?? i thought on the miskito-coast in nicaragua an english-creole is spoken??e.g. bluefields on the very southern part of the miskito-coast. am i wrong?? should sound like belizean accent....
