The "Hitler signature" is actually in the middle in the book. The guy who made this diary is a top prop maker. He does his research. Trust me the signature is in the right place.

The Penitent Man Will Pass, it is also heard through the movie when the Grail is mentioned (such as when they find the tomb of the Knight, or when Henry's diary first appears) similar to the "Ark Theme" from Raiders of the Lost Ark
