If that is an orginal 5 speed car you have a gold mine i see that it has a radio it shouldent if it is orginal 5 speed but i have a 86 iroc z 362 ci. Small block built trans 3500 stall havent got to drive it yet still making some final touches hoping it will run good

These cars can fly. I have a 1983 z28 camaro. carb 305 5sp. I have put maybe 500 into the motor and the car makes close to 394rwhp and 405ftlbs. It does not take much to get these cars to fly.

Tell me how such cheap mods got your 130 wheel horsepower 305 83 Z to dyno those numbers. I really want to find out about these magic mods for so cheap that "get these cars to fly." Also what type of dyno did you get those numbers on? You may be sitting on a goldmine for cheaply modding a car to quadruple it's power for under 500 dollars.

can this car haul ass?? just asking cus an 88s stock horse power is like 220 maybe less. idk im new to camaros and there engines in the 80s. all that emissions bull shit...... anyway just asking cus i am looking at an 88 just like this, 5.0 305 v8. for like 2500 and i dont know if its gonna be as fast as the early 70s any help would be appreciated thanks guys....and f body's rule!!!!

@Xxrobert734xX Stock '88 Camaro with the 305 TBI pushed out 170 HP. TPI might be a little different. I donno.

@Xxrobert734xX Dont shy off of these cars because of stock HP, it is relatively inexpensive to add a few things to them and have yourself a real nice fast car. My 305 runs about 280-300 hp with a few changes.

anyone know if flowtech headers are any good? i found a set that come with y-pipe and all stuff for intsallation for only 289 bucks but the headers are uncoated how much worse are they than coated header and will it affect performance gains??? i would really appreciate any info anyone has

take the cat, smash the mesh out thats inside it, put it back. gains a little flow that way but your car will stink more
