I moved to chicago from portland, OR, where I grew up. I felt alone in ways in oregon, people had it too good around me, they didn't go through the shit that I went through. On the southside I found a home because there were people who understood life and pain, and were as frustated as me. I moved to chicago from portland, OR, where I grew up. I felt alone in ways in oregon, people had it too good around me, they didn't go through the shit that I went through. On the southside I found a home because there were people who understood life and pain, and were as frustated as me. I don't say the word often except to a couple close white friends I'm just not comfortable with it yet. But I understand you. Good point in the last part of your video: may be the white people should start being more "up in your face" with thier anger towards blacks, if that's what they really feel. You feel that things are not equal still in Amer., being white I can only tell from a white man's stand point. As far as acting black or acting white that has all ways turned me. People act the way they wanna act. Saying someone is acting a race is foolish to me. You might as well say he/she is acting like a scientist or acting like a musician. When put in that context it's kinda funny. The fact is people act on what interests them, not cause they wanna be a different race. To say you have to act a certain way to be black or white is sheer ignorance. Variety is the spice of life guy. Thats real to me.

Your response is very valid and quite right. Black does not equal ignorant, ignorance is ignorant regardless of colour, race or creed. Stupidity and ignorance go hand in hand most of the time and you can see that from many of the topics based around this subject.

I think everyone already understands that nigger means black and that it has came to mean ignorant. Eventually it came to describe races besides African Americans because we have realized that any race can be lazy or ignorant. You didnt have to state that. King Kong understood that in his video. I also feel that when he says he hates the nigger mentality I am sure he knows that not all African Americans behave this way.
