I first heard you two at one of the markets in James Bay, and found this video in my search for a well played strathspey to share with a friend. The Sea. The Plough. The yip of the twilight hour. This music! Thanks for the fine playing you two.

  • You're welcome! Are you from Cape Breton? We loved Cape Breton when we were there two years ago for the first time, we went back this past summer and it was wonderful! We have a few videos on our channel from our visit. We played at a few local venues & ceilidhs! We are now working on a CD, will be recording in February 2008, we're definately going to have some Cape Breton music, which we both love! Take care & happy new year! Qristina :)

  • Jerry Holland Sr. here, Congrat's to you and your up-coming recording. I'm sure it'll be great. Happy New Year!

  • This young lady is going to be chasing after Natalie before long, would be my guess,I hope she has a great carreer!

  • well done.

  • Wonderful violin tone. Everyone pays so much attention to speed and dexterity, but pfff. Violin is so powerful because of the deep tones and rich sound it can produce. You make it do this well. Great work!

  • Stage hand stepping in to check mic for next artist? how crass! That could have waited until a more appropriate time.

Anyways, you two are simply fantastic! My one question is, Can Quinn play standing and strapped? That geeter looks a bit large for him, but he plays it very well. You got to respect that, eh?

  • Yep, you are good

  • One your best in my opinion. Wonderful!
