My point was try not to sound like a cock asshole, obviously this song requires some practice and talent compared to most crap out there. Saying, it is, "extremely easy" is like a pro NFL receiver making an above average catch and saying it's extremely easy. Sure, it was easy enough for him, but it is still difficult, and saying it would make him look like a douche.

@midget6mafia If you're playing Yngwie stuff successfully you should learn some Jason Becker material. I find his stuff even harder and more interesting than Yngwie, although early 80's Malmsteen is hard to beat in terms of listenable shred.

And as im sure we all know just because a song is more difficult and faster to play than another that doesnt make it better and most of the time makes it less musical and harder to listen to. Alot of people can play fast but not many can put soul and a destinct character into their playing and thats why we dont see all these shredders on tv.

@Wiltonibanez Actually, it's a great form of learning to play songs, or...well...just learning!

Tabs may be easy, but aren't always correct, and more often then not are completely wrong. Visual and Audio learning like this video can actually help players to identify certain sounds and frets, chords, etc. Maybe combining this video with a tab to see if the notes are correct will help certain players. But this is just my opinion! Play whatever way you wish to play, I respect that.

It's not that people are jealous, I think people that play well, for a longtime can recongnize some of the details missing. The fast, picking sequences are edited out here. EJ plays them with a very percussive snap and it's all picked. Every version I see, either people play those slow or they use legato techniques to get through it. That fast, even picking with those odd groupings of pentatonics is what really makes EJ's sound.

an important trick for tuning actually passed down from eric johnson is to start duning on the d string on a neck with all the tuners on one side, then g, then a, then b, then low e, then high e. since the adjustment of tension low to high or high to low in order can de tune the first string you tuned by the time your done tuning.
