i have the 4250 RADEON HD mobile on my laptop, and a 2.2Ghz AMD athon P340 II Dule core processer. I dont think JC2 Will work... but you never know

The tricks in Just-Cause 2 put it separate from virtually any other game! If you haven't played it yet still, you will want to go over to JC2DownloadXcom (replace X with . ) and pick up the cost-free copy of the game. It's well worthy of the download. Count on me, you'll love it!
