well, you go on the xbox 360 dashboard and remove the update:

- Click on memory

- Then Press Y on the harddrive

- Then press in LB RB X X LB RB X X LB RB

Then load up Vegas and do the glitch then after you get to desired rank accept the update then go online! Youll be an ELITE in no time!!

Got some advice for you fellow glitchers about this glitch.

1 - Dont use LMG's - they may have more ammo but aren't accurate and waste have their ammo

2 - Use an AK-47 - the guy who you kill when entering has an AK and will give you about 8 clips after picking up his ammo

3 - If you encounter lag look away and let your pals go weapons free and clear out the turret guy.

I'll be posting a video as a response eventually correcting come common misconceptions

4. if you're really lazy let Logan get next to Nowak and just let him hold there go into cover (so your safe from the gun when he gets on the turret) and hold the left trigger down with a rubber band or something (i pressed it between my desk). and leave the xbox on over night Logan should be killing the guy every 5 seconds but its only +5xp even on realistic, i dont recomend doing this often it will overheat and scratch your game.

you can actually still do the glitch. logout of xbox live, go to dashboard->system settings->memory->scroll to hard drive and press y, then press x,x,LB,RB,xx, and press perform maintenance. this will remove the patches/updates without deleting things you got from marketplace or your profile. now just don't log in to xbl till you're done doing the glitch and it'll work fine. when you go into xbox live again itll make you re download the update, but you can "perform maintenance" infinitely.

don't mention it im glad to help. but be careful, i discovered this recently, if you play oblivion don't just plug your ethernet/modem/router/whatever u use and then click dont update just leave it unplugged, because your character will get the default male face even if it is a girl (it actually looks pretty funny, but its infuriating if you don't have a previous save, s oi now make sure to have a backup save right behind my normal one). but i dont think it does that to any other games.

That is not right. People did not get their ranks reset because of glitching. It was a flaw in the game. Go to the forums on the ubisoft website, it explains the problem quite well. It is because of signing it at the menu and pressing start because the sign in goes away. It's a bit complicated...

actually a P90 silenced and on single shot and a Type 05 silenced and on single shit work better then using two LMG's. This way a kill can be done for every bullet in the 50 bullet mag, instead of only killing around 33 when you use an LMG because of the recoil + unable to change LMG's fire rate.

I set this up with split screen, so my guest account and my own rank up, I positioned both my players so they are out of enemy fire, set my AI guy so he is in the right postion to shoot the enemy and walked away, just leaving it running all day long.

simple.. get one of your a.i. guys to do the bomb.. just make sure you are close to him because he wont finish the task if you are, he keeps saying 'sir you are making be nervous being so close' or somthin like that, throw a gernade between the bomb and the door, then turn around and look up at the turret and guys will keep appearing, build up your marksman with headshots, your assault when they mount the turret, and cqg fairly close with a shotgun or somthin, just make sure you dont move to far

There will be quite a bit of frame rate lag like already stated, because of the cluster of bodies, i found tossing another frag up top onto the cat walk will blow the bodies away and make the frame rate lag stop until u murder them all again

Thursday afternoon while playing through the campaign I just happened to be in this part by myself and tossed a grenade by accident near the door and the guys spawned and I quickly learned that he kept coming back. Took me a few tries to figure out exactly how to recreate it and keep it going.

Most glitches we find in GG are just us screwing around and stumbling apon them. There is often a method to how we search for them depending on the game, in game assets, and engine it uses.

I just told you guys in the last replies. You simply tell the AI to defuse the bomb, stand next to the bomb, wait for him to tell you to move away say two times then you throw a grenade near the door behind you, move away so you don't die and then move back to near the bomb. Then after the nade explodes you watch near the turrent and enemies will keep respawning there repeatedly.

All you need to do is have one player stand near enough to the bomb for the AI ally to keep asking you to move away and the enemies will keep coming.

I don't know how you guys can't be getting this, it is an incredibly simple glitch.

Also I must note as a disclaimer that this glitch may be harmful to your 360's hardware. The framerate can drop considerably but that can be fixed by looking away for a few seconds so the bodies can disapear. It is common for the second player "Knight" to have his 360 freeze.
