@Slikhedgehog I was indeed. Thankfully an agreement between The Silver Lining's dev team (Phoenix Online) and Activision seems to have been reached, and they've released the first episode. Props to the team for overcoming so many obstacles and years of work to reach this point.

@thetwentyfourth That's disgusting that Activision would take such action. It's things like this that make me question the actual motives of the company. Did they REALLY want to avoid copyright issues or were they just get jealous and pissed that the Silver Lining was getting Roberta Williams blessing and the love of many fans?

Yes, I can still download the game, the soundtrack, some avatar pictures, the manual and wallpaper for it. Just tested it, the download is definitely still working.
