I was lucky enough to spectate on this rally, these cars in my opinion were far more
spectacular to watch than todays diluted WRC nancy boys.

@EasyMagicTrics yes, some of the later Mk2's used Kugelfischer mechanical fuel injection. The last ones achieved over 270bhp from 2 litre capacity.

This is SO COOL!!! I was a die-hard NASCAR, stock-car guy, but I gotta say the best drivers are in the WRC!
