If you're talking about just this song it's more like ambient than the rest of VNV Nations stuff. Only ambient is pretty slow and arguably boring, but I never was able to get into that genre :).

I asked Ronan in a live concert in Madrid (using my mobile!) to play this live. He was "really?? why??". After the show we talked:while it would not make much sense in the middle of the concert, it would be the best opening to a VNV show. This music is very special, and I see no better intro... or outro. He told me he would think about trying it. This was a few days ago, I am curious to see if in any future shows it will be used... If so, let me know... and I hope I am in one of them. :)
