Because of the police state we live in and the drug war that created it has made a divide in police and the public. They hunt citizens for drugs, so much that in that effort they cross too many lines but excusable because of the drug war. So, when they have non drug related issues they dont know how to or cant control how they deal with them. There is no sliding scale, cops should know to react at a level 2, calm, instead they react at level 11, Violently. End the Drug War, this crap will stop.

Also, these are all isolated incidents. Shit happens, even the cops makes mistakes, but they're not a 'street gang', that's bullshit propaganda. I bet the author of this video just wants to get back at the police because he was arrested after breaking the law.
