The artist's name is: Sable Jeffries. Her name appears on the ending credits of the with episode. (about 20/15 second before it ends). A few years latter she was credited in her album as being called Cybill Jeffries. As for the theme, the only version I ever found was the main credit title. Apparently, there's only the opening and ending credits versions! If someone has the theme or the album, please let me know. Thank you!

I also used to watch this show when I was younger. Great theme song and of course a lot of nice looking girls. Always thought it was funny they cast Fabio as well. Light-hearted popcorn-action show, but what else can you expect from a direct-to-syndication show.
