  • m aresi o tropos p lei "mmm nothing can shake youuu..." very nice song!! congratzX_xz

  • really nice feel good song!!! i really don't understand how a boring song with bad vocals is going to reprsent Cyprus!!!

  • Wow she is amazing. What a lovely song and a lovely voice. I heard she wrote the song herself. Shame - she would have done Cyprus proud.

  • By the way Kat, I saw you perform that night...I thought you were absolutely amazing and one of the few vocalists there who could actually sing live well.

    You done us proud girl.

    A fellow Londoner xx

  • Unless you have something educated and decent to say, perhaps you should not say anything at all. Id hate for you to get humiliated again. To all the entries on SaturdayBravo. You all did well. See Tommys18 and sn7x on stage next year with their wonderful renditions

  • Katerina has been educated in London and can speak and pronounce the language far better than any of you guys can ever dream of. Perhaps next time, before commenting you should investigate your empty theories. Mibos you got Katerinas track confused with one of your fellow Cypriot resident entries? Oh dear, please review and save your comments for the playground.

  • Tommys18 & sn7xguys, are you for real? Please tell me the pair of you are not residents of Cyprus? I would be really embarrassed for you if you are. Katerina Neocleous is a renowned vocalist of the Cypriot community in London.

The girl was born and bred in London & her pronunciation of the English language should be judged by anyone barr 2 dudes whose written grammar is somewhat lacking to say the least.

  • 1. I am now a resident of Cyprus and i can assure u noone in Cyprus has ever heard of her b4 the song contest!

    2. Having studied and worked in London for 6 years, I know what a Londoner pronounciation sounds like and it's nothing like that.

    3. Hadn't heard of her when I was living in London neither...nor has any of the Cypriot Londoners I know...does this mean something???

    4. She participated in the competition, she knew she was going to be judged-so what's the problem judging her?

  • 5. It's a bit ironic and hypocritical to say the least to imply lack of (knowledge of?) grammar when yours is nothing to be proud of either!

  • Dear Tommys18

Im sorry to sound confused but what on earth are you going on about?

Point 1 of yours: What is your point? Noone in Cyprus has heard of her before the contest Parakado.

Does that mean she cant sing or should not have submitted her commented. Im sure in hindsight you would agree Point 1 is a ridiculous comment.

  • Comment removed

  • Point 2: You studied for 6 years in London and you think you are in a position to judge someone who was born and bred and educated from birth in the UK on how to speak the English language? Hehe. You very funny, mate. I like your humour. Need I say more when I quote your line: I know what a Londoner pronounciation sounds like. Oh dear, maybe those 6 years didnt really pay off.

  • Point 3: Is this not a similar point to Point 1? Get over the fact that you havent heard of her. Its probably cos you dont have much of a life and have no friends hence your commitment to contributing to the slating of every contestant of the Cypriot Eurovision Entry Competition.

  • Point 4: The problem my dear of judging is not so much of the actual judging as educated and clear criticisms are always welcome and assist in the developing of every character and performance especially on reflection and consideration of this criticism (something which you clearly lack in your life). However, what you are doing is not judging but moreover applying rudeness and abuse in area which you obviously have no knowledge in.

  • So my dear, by all means judge but in a field that you are an expertin this field you clearly are not.

Point 5:This is my favourite point. You are criticising my grammar? This proves my point precisely that all your comments are empty and without any valued depth. You came over for 6 years and your going to tell me about my grammar of the language that I was born into?I tell you whatmake me laugh some more and tell me what age you came over here? Ella bes mouI need a giggle.

  • Have a good life and if you ever need help with Englishor with life generally, please askI always have time for those less fortunate than myself.

Ps. You have upset me deeply that you have marked my comments. Do you have lots of spare time? Are you a little bored perhaps?

  • para poly kalh.....!!! mpravo!!!!!! poly kalh fwnh, poly omorfh (mou 8ymizei mia filh m polla),poly wraia ntymenh!!

  • emm..mia xara itan i profora tis!! afu en native speaker! telospanton keep it up Katerina! :)

  • Wow - What a performance!!! I was there and she totally blew us all away! Pay no attention to those morons below...just little kids!

  • Katerina well done on a beautifully penned song and vocally strong voice! Its a shame that the voting in Cyprus is determined by who you know rather than who deserves to win! Still there loss. Look forward to hearing more from you in the future because its obvious you will go on from this to a long lasting career. You were the winner in my eyes !!!! Good Luck

  • To tommys18 and sn7x you both obviously are not native english speakers judging by your comments! by all means have an opnion but theres no need to be spiteful ! having seen all of the show Katerina was one of the strongest vocally and my favourite to win! But despite the others not being strong contenders good on them for getting up there and doing there thing. Its far easier to sit back and judge ! Seeing as you bth have such strong opnions maybe you should enter next year !

  • clearly u misunderstood my comment if u think i said i was a better singer

i said they cant speak english, not that they cant sing.

tho quite a few of them had rubbish voices

e.g. the girl who won holding a ping pong ball

  • Clearly you misunderstand what an english accent sounds like!! Katerina is a British Born Cypriot had u checked your facts out before you spouted your mean spirited comments. I didnt misunderstand you comment, I wasnt implying u thought u were a better singer, just that u were judgemental and disrespectful!

  • It takes a lot of guts to get up on stage and risk being judged by people like you. I commend all the finalists for having the courage to do it and hope that next time youll actually think before u comment!! Go Katerina, u made us London Cypriots proud!!!!!

  • SOVAROMILOUME TWRA?? touti irte 9i ?? exei tin kaliteri profora apo OLOUS tous ipoloipous, kai exei kai fwni ! eleos, ma ti skata ekamete me tin psifoforia? pws epsifisete gmt, en mporw na katalavw!!! me ti kritirio? eskeftikete prin na piasete tilefwno na psifisete, i ekamete oti sas eipen o anipsios sas kai i fili sas? apisteuto... mathete na ksexwrizete tin diafora metaksi ''proedrikwn eklogwn'' kai ''eurovision''... exoun mia mikriiiii diafora!

  • terrible accent! Simply Horrific! If you lack the proper pronunciation or indeed knowledge of english it's much better to sing a song in your native language than a foreign one! Again, simply terrible!

  • exactly! thank you

learn how to speak the language first, then by all means sing

to be fucking fair tho there were others just as bad

and that girl holding a ping pong ball who won, was rubbish

  • hey people she grew up in the UK, she's a British-Cypriot. Maybe you should check your own knowledge of english first?

  • hahahaha she IS a London dweller and a NATIVE speaker!!!!! lolololol

  • Katerina, that was brilliant!! I didn't manage to catch it on TV so i found it on here, Was a shame you didn't win, you really deserved it especially after seeing the winners performance!

Keep it up, hopefully we'll be seeing you at next years one!
