Finding an editor to my preferences was a bit of a struggle. I found (a few) freeware editors for Windows, but now I found a great one after a long search and comparing called webstract studio. (search google) After playing a while with the demo I bought it for only €25. WOW!!! I seriously can recommend it to others. Just try it. You won't be disappointed. HAHAHA!!! I can even add colors to my project!!!
Sick of writting all the tags for HTML? Just learning and dont know how to write HTML? Beginner HTML writter looking for help? Someone that just wants to make a website without knowing HTML? I have the software for you. Pm and ill send you a software that writes the html for you. Just tell it what you want the body and header to say and bam you have your HTML. its still in Beta so over the next few months things will be added to it upon request! Dont forget to PM! THANKS!

I highly recommend using Notepad++ though. It is also free and offers a lot more features. I only used Notepad 2 for demonstrating the different aspects of the html tag.
Just run a google search for "Notepad++ Download" and click the first option.
Not at all. When using more than one attribute in a tag, it doesn't matter what order they come in. So long as they're spaced correctly and have the correct quotation marks, you should be fine.
i am having troubble. i made one the same as yours (well i changed the colors and a difrent text)and when i typed for the writing to be white it was black ect. HELP ME!

I haven't used frontpage, but here's a useful source that will help you do that.
Search for HOW TO ADD ROWS IN FRONTPAGE in Google and click the first result. It should be Microsoft's website.

It didn't seem to make a difference when I tried it, but does it matter if you do something like entering the height before the width?

Go to the folder you saved it in....right-click the HTML file....go to Open With, then click Notepad.

Thanks, but I'm aware of it. I wanted viewers to focus on HTML only for this tutorial. I will be using Notepad++ in some future tutorials.
