where do you get power armor? im new to fallout games

(2) you can get a helmet and power armor off a dead prospector (as well as a set of T-51b armor) surrounded by deathclaws east of the colorado river about 2/3 of the way north to Hoover dam from cottonwood cove

(3) i found a helmet in the cave with the legendary cazador, I don't know if there was a set of the armor around and I cannot remember what cave had the legendary cazador to go back and check

you can get three remnants helmets, and two sets of remnants power armor:

(1) a helmet and body armor from convincing the remnants to help and either killing the one member who disagrees or getting it from one member who won't be fighting (I think, not 100% on this)

@igotsmilk1 Actually, the Remnants Power Armor is not the Gannon Family Tesla Armor. The Remnants Power Armor is received by killing a member of the Remnants (I obtained mine by convincing them to help the NCR and being attacked by the one who disagreed) or by finding one at a specific location. The Gannon Family Tesla Armor is obtained from Arcade Gannon.

i know that you can find the ncr salvaged armor in the ranger safehouse, although for some people(including me) it wont spawn there at al because of a bug. but if you want the salvaged armor because you dont wanna go through the whole process of getting power armor trainging, then go there and it should be there

You forgot about 1 power armor called the BROTHERHOOD T-45d power armor found in the same cave you find the legendary deathclaw along with Mercy(a special grenade machine gun) it is like the T-45d but it has the brotherhood "disguise" affect

I collected every type of power armor in new Vegas....just got the Gannon family Tesla armor today and I have to say for me the enclave armors are cooler but I was surprised by the brotherhood wearing a variant of the t-51-b armor when I first played it I was expecting the t-45-d armor like in fallout 3
