SU-35 will lose 95% of the time. It's a Generation 4.5 Fighter.
F-22 is the only currently combat-ready fifth-generation fighter.
Russia is currently developing it's own Generation Fighter the "Sukhoi PAK FA" to be in service by 2015.
If the SU-35 was so superior to the F-22 as all you claim, why then develop SU-PAK FA? Why oh why? Because Russian Airforce know they need their own Stealth Aircraft.

@vikruss Russia hasn't even put into service an AESA equipped bird. There’s a reason why India made it a requirement as part of the MMRCA competition and that's because it's a lot better than PESA, which is what Russia uses in its aircraft. And the Indian’s should know what's better; they got to see both in action and were much more impressed with the US radar than any other nation’s.
@maxispeed0 Russia still has not put into service any AESA radar on any fighter jet. The Mig 35's was nothing to be impressed with in MMRCA. Ask the Indians or just Google "For Heaven's Sake Don't buy the Russian Mig 35". The radar for the T-50 is still under development, and the Su-35's and 27's is PESA, which is nothing to brag about.

@Zbyszkoz It's easy to research. I know that Russia recently made some future budget allocations for each aircraft, but if you do some searching you'll find that not many are currently in service.
It's also easy to find that Russia has had troubles maintaining their current fleet of aircraft, and have stated that 75% of the Mig 29 fleet is capable of flying, and there's even a quote from a Russian pilot saying that the Su-27 isn't safe to fly, either.

@ResiusOnline Like it matters, it's not a dedicated strike aircraft, but rather a multi role. And even in its E variant it is still an F-15 and saying that F-15 didn't fly isn't really correct... The F-22 on the other hand will not fly and barely flies in US, its still about 50% combat ready... Sounds like a very expensive pile of garbage to me...
@ResiusOnline Best air fighter ever? It hasn't been deployed in combat yet. It did however lose to the Eurofighter Typhoon during testing at NAS China Lake. The Typhoons also managed to get locks on the F-22 at long ranges, showing that the stealth capabilities of the F-22 isn't terribly good.

@vikruss Russia hasn't even put into service an AESA equipped bird. There’s a reason why India made it a requirement as part of the MMRCA competition and that's because it's a lot better than PESA, which is what Russia uses in its aircraft. And the Indian’s should know what's better; they got to see both in action and were much more impressed with the US radar than any other nation’s.

@Zbyszkoz It's easy to research. I know that Russia recently made some future budget allocations for each aircraft, but if you do some searching you'll find that not many are currently in service.
It's also easy to find that Russia has had troubles maintaining their current fleet of aircraft, and have stated that 75% of the Mig 29 fleet is capable of flying, and there's even a quote from a Russian pilot saying that the Su-27 isn't safe to fly, either.

The F-15 wasn't used in Libya either because there is a specific mission.
The F-22 is an air superiority fighter and the Libyan air force didn't exist by the time the USA joined.
However, the F-22 WAS going to be used- but again, by the time the USA joined operations the Libyan air force was gone.

F-22 can not talk to other aircraft. F-22 can only speak with the F-22.

@ResiusOnline Like it matters, it's not a dedicated strike aircraft, but rather a multi role. And even in its E variant it is still an F-15 and saying that F-15 didn't fly isn't really correct... The F-22 on the other hand will not fly and barely flies in US, its still about 50% combat ready... Sounds like a very expensive pile of garbage to me...

No it's not- they are completely different aircraft.
F-15E and F-15C/D have different airframes.
The F-22 is 98% combat ready and flies all the time... it's expensive but the best air superiority fighter ever.

@ResiusOnline Best air fighter ever? It hasn't been deployed in combat yet. It did however lose to the Eurofighter Typhoon during testing at NAS China Lake. The Typhoons also managed to get locks on the F-22 at long ranges, showing that the stealth capabilities of the F-22 isn't terribly good.

Raptors were not present at the combat testing in NAS China Lake, the Hornet and Super Hornet was.
