if i have a composition that is in 4/4 but want to have some triplets here and there or possibly a breakdown that is in triple timing, how do i do that?
@2129Studios In the meter timeline where Patrick set the track to 4/4, you can add later events to change the tempo throughout the track. You can do this by either clicking on that timeline or through the tempo operations dialog from the menu. The alternative is to not change time signature but just change your grid snap to a triplet division while you compose your breakdown.
@lollipop9051 No. Pro Tools works fine under both Mac and Windows, as well as Linux with a lot of stuffing around or so I've heard. A lot of dedicated studio computers running Pro Tools are Macs just because it's less hassle and it works.
