  • That's horrible! And yet the hippie, tree hugging, jungle loving, occultist, trailer trash liberals consider themselves as tolerant, accepting, and understanding? BULL CRAP! This video proves they're not. And no, I'm not Christian myself. I'm Asian Indian. I'm an Arya Samaj Hindu and I grew up embracing a few Christian traditions since there are both Christians and Arya Samaj Hindus in my family. And no, I'm not a sellout either since I try to learn world history from with unbiased perspective.

  • @TheLavish99 whoa whoa, we don't know what kind of person did this, but I wouldn't want to name so many names. Let's just hope they rebuild soon!

  • When this happened I was devastated the church I had my baptism first holy communion I just pray that god may punish the man who did this but may he have mercy on his soul for the act

  • So sad---i grew up in Hacienda Heights and went to church there all the time--6am mass with my grandpa--first row on the left--he always left before communion---so many memories---his funeral was there as was my grandmas---SJV is like a member of the family to me and alot of people that live in HH--catholic or not =(

  • and i was soppost to have my first communion there on may 28 :(

  • i was there :[

  • This is so sad. I can't believe some one would do this! It breaks my heart.

  • I don't understand how someone could do this on purpose...I had my first communion, confession, and confirmation in this church. I've witnessed so many weddings and quincenarias take place. I was an alter server for years before I graduated from high school and left for college. It is so painful for me as a Catholic to see my church in ruins like this...I feel so displaced and I haven't been able to go to mass there in a few months. But I pray that god will help us get through this...

  • @TheMelmelu

What was in that Church is now in your heart.

  • @TheMelmelu this is no accident , it was the worf of satanists no one else they better get used to looking at fire because who ever did this is hell bound where the fire will never go out period

  • @mufc99ok sorry to say it will be wores than burning the plung in darkness and will die forever and freeez people just sick god will destroy them with the devil satanist are lieing there not peacful

  • this arsonist will pay for this

  • Although I don't attend this church, I do live less than a mile down the street from it. I pass by it all the time, and have even attended school functions taking place here. It makes me sick that someone could be so cruel to do this. I hope they catch the creep and lock him away forever. No one has the right to destroy a house of God.

  • I go to this church and my mom has since she was a little girl P.S she was born in 1969 She was married here and I was baptised here I sing in the chior and we are all devistated. So now im going to help the church by starting a fundraiser some how.

  • Im not Catholic Im a member of the LDS church which is neighbors to St Johns church in Hacienda Heights . My prayers are with you we are brothers and sisters in Christ. My church choir sang in this church every December for the Christmas Community Music Festival. God Bless SJV Parish.

  • @seiuli Thank You seiuli I went to Boy scouts at the LDS church next door---very nice people---lots of friends from there---both are icons of Hacienda Heights

  • im a christian but have many catholic family, i have lots of family history in this church, and i mean lots of family history.

  • I was baptized here, my family was confirmed here, married here, and both of my grandparents, who were among the first parishioners, were laid to rest after their services here, which was the last time I saw this beautiful church. I had the honor of speaking at my grandmothers funeral, and I remember feeling that I had truly entered a new phase of my life, for I was on the alter at St. Johns, which was to me, a rite of passage. When I was a child, and "bored" in church, I would look at the stat

  • I heard it on the news. I went there since I was 8 years old. This really sucks.

  • I was supposed to be baptised on the 30th. I've been looking forward to it but I'm not sure what's going to happen anymore.

  • Wow this is terrible

  • I placed this video on my blog. Can you please keep me posted? I am very involved with the Catholic Church and I am STUNNED about this. I will try to stop by Mass on Sunday.... Randy Economy

  • @RandyEconomy Definitely!

  • @CrazyFunkyWeirdGurls Me too! The damage was unbelievable. The smoke last night prevented us from see the extent of the damage.

  • I live in Cerritos. Going to make sure that our Priest at Holy Family in Artesia dedicates our Mass to this amazing Parish. God Bless!

  • @RandyEconomy Thank you and I'm sure the community and the parish would appreciate that very much.
