In the anime there was a girl named Saki who took care of Yuria at Southern Cross, then becomes the keeper of Yuria and Shin's graves. Could that be her?

Nope, they're different characters. Zaki, the successor of Nanto Suichouken is unrelated to Saki, Yuria's servant. Zaki here is the adopted daughter of Mamiya, who is actually the true daughter of Souther.
