Try Chinaco, Casa Noble, and Don Julio 1942 to name a few and you will see the difference between good tequila and the shit that you picked.

Go try some real Tequilas that Mexico crafts with pride & taste great, (this is not in any order, just try them); anything Don Fulano or Clase Azul or Tequila Ocho, maybe a Meloza 4 Yr Anejo aged in Bourbon Barrels, Certeza Anejo, Don Julio 1942, El Tersoro Paradisio. I would rather drink 1800 over Patron but if you were going to spend that much, then buy Chinaco

Patron sucks. It's overpriced and tastes like shit. Don Julio 1942 is the best for the money but if you want to taste some of the best tequila around, get some Don Julio Real or Casa Dragones... but be prepared to spend $250+ on a bottle.

So my husband likes patron, and I personally have never drank it but he says he is going to get some of it tonight from the liquor...I am not a tequila drinker...well I take that back I used to drink Jose Cuervo! lol! and that was over 12 years ago! Whoever made this list is clueless. How can you have a top 10 tequila list that includes mixtos in it? Do some research and learn what tequilas are REALLY good and you'll thank yourself for it. I would start off by visiting tequila.net.

If you like Patron because is smooth, just mix any 'Tequila Blanco' with water and you will be set. Unless is 100% agave, water will make it smooth.

It all depend on the preferences on the people, but I don't think Jimador is any good. For my taste, Agavia, Tres Generaciones and Herradura are the best. I haven't tried any really expensive tequila, the most expensive has been around 1000 pesos in Mexico.
