@oc00011 It's a terracotta pot inside a larger pot, with sand in between the pots. Store things in the middle pot and cover, and keep the sand layer moist. As water evaporates, energy is drawn out from the middle, cooling it. Direct exposure to sunlight actually makes the interior cooler by increasing evaporation. Wind also helps evaporation, but it must be kept moist to work. I'm sure there are videos on youtube about it.
