Racism based on caste is very rampant in Nepal as it used to exist in India. In India the extent of discrimination has come down due to social equality and justice that is being guaranteed by it's constitution and laws.
Nepal citizens must stop such discriminatory practise and change their attitude. The disadvantaged communities should be compensated now by offering them social benefits like liberal scholarships, reservations in academic institutions and reservation in employment.
