Great review/comparison! I know you performed a humidity test, but do you know if the Milani liner is actually waterproof? Like could you go swimming in it and it wouldn't get all smudged up?

@eaudeparfumetlove it wouldn't be waterproof for swimming since it's not a dry formula. It's best to stick with makeup forever aqua pencil is not opaque but takes a few swipes to get on and dries quick or gel liners for aqua sports.

I have the Milani eyeliner in black and silver(I need a use for it) the eyeliner smudges on me but I don't usually put anything over it. It's really black and a great product.

so yes, I was super excited about trying this milani liner. couldn't wait to try it on. and guess what? i'm so dissapointed. not what i expected. It's probably one of the worst eye liner ever. it smudges within couple mins. i set it with powder...concealer...etc...not­hing works. but still thanks for the great vid.

@married Did you let it dry... the line is wet formula so you need to let it dry before setting it with powder. It reminds me of a liquid liner where you have to wait for it not to budge. Try again =)
