Why doesn't London have a lot of skyscrapers like other major cities like New York?

@LordoftheKaty I presume because there is not the need. However there is also the problem of how far people must travel to get to work. Maybe planning permission is not granted - one of my pet hates.

London close up and personal on the streets... is wonderful to look at... as for its skyline.. its pretty bland and nothing special... quite a few new skyscrapers are being developed which should lighten up the skyline.

i live in a two bedroom flat on a council estate, living with 5 other people, having 60pound a month for food between us, having to share water with next door, every day getting to my flat i see graffiti,piss and crack needles in the hallway, then to top it all off living in fear of what could happen to me e.g. stabbed/shot. the only reason i got this computer is because my mum won 5 grand on a scratch card.

The most enjoyable part of the London experience is being served coffee by bright polite, intelligent, beautiful, busy, Polish girls --- on minimum wage.

I talk to one regularly who is 'writing up' her Phd in production engineering, Poland must be missing them. Alan - You have covered an exciting range of subjects in your videos, but a new camera and a steady aim would help.

I am sorry for the steady arm - or lack of it - but I cannot see this situation getting any better.

The camera is new - in fact I only had it for a month at the time of this film. What is the problem here because maybe I can resolve it. I am not using full quality - only a medium setting.

I have now noted you have requested advice on a new camera & technique a number of times, I guess you have had enough advice by now !!

However, in the interests of making your excellent clips even better, move and pan slowly. A low frame rate execrebates the the result, you may want to look at that.

I am getting used to your style now.

I will try and bear that in mind. Sometimes I think I move too slowly but perhaps it is still not slow enough.  I could also up the number of frames per second from the present twenty to thirty - however I have been thinking about memory space on my computer.
