@ImHitsCollection its a program called IMGTool you can use to modify the game. & To play Online you install SA-MP. & Visit one of the communitys sign up read the rules and then its on like donkey kong. either at NG-RP, SA,RP or ,LS-RP
@VladT1996 Depends on what you like. I personally like SARP better right now cause its not as laggy (dont have to relog every 20 mins). & i know more people on there...But NG-RP is awesome cause it has ALOT more players and shoutcast radio...tuff question lol.. I would recommend you try both of em out...
