what about cortisone ...and anti histamine...and atropine (for organophosphorus poison) as medication?
we can give up to 50 ampule atropine or more in order to have the patient atropinaised because atropine is anticholinargic (at the insecticide poisoning \hypersensitivity the patient has symptoms like:lacrimation, sever salivation...).
and there's the annual injection composed of cortisone (but be careful of immunosuppression and hirsutism (if you are female)).

epinephrine= cortisone.
