Guinness Extra Stout is almost as awesome as Guinness Foreign Extra Stout (its like concentrated Extra Stout!). I like try to poor mine with as little head as possible though, usually end up with 1/4in. Also, keep them as far away from the fridge as possible, the flavor is so much richer when warm!
@kissphantom05 I should say this if your going to try it. I keep them in a cool room, so probably low 60 deg range or so, I guess just slightly cooler than room temp. Hope you like it!
