Hey Arthur, you really sucks man... jajaja, What a fuck music, and just making fantasy and be creative with nothing in your hands... I really love open source projects... I want to listening more demos and samples. Do you have more ? Take care man ! ;)
there is a web site u may find in handy but what makes me mad is why can't this all come in presets? well... theres a website that shows you how to set gverb to do hall effects and stuff...i just see it as a waste of time having to tweak it myself it shud come with these presets in my opinion like in windows thats what i mean when i refer to windows plugins rocking that and they have guis. go here for great setttings in GVERB- tinyurl(dot)com/25ncfdw
oh btw i forgot to say @arthursucks great singing and great mastering skills. I may not be ready to make Ardour + linux VST's my main sorce for an audio workstation but I can't criticize how wisely you used it. In fact I think this is one of the best examples of Ardour on this website this and a 9 inch nails user remix that i saw(using ardour) on youtube. Good job. *U earned a thumbs up on the video from me. :)
great daw but it lacks great plugins............ the only equivilant to ardour in windows would be "kristal audio engine" wich has a 16 track limit (for those of you who do audio editing rap music reggaeton gospel know this is a very BIG LIMIT).
Ardour is great... i think it needs to be made a little more user friendly I see the same options in different menu's wich is confuesing and the lack of plugins make it well.. crap... i hear theres ways to get mac/win plugins working not sure abt it tho
yeah i think it has like what over 40 plugins? i got them theyre not to good. None of them come with presets or nothing. The quality is totally not the same as the (free) plugins on windows that come with GUI's audio plugins are just simpler to use on windows for professional recordings. GUI's and Presets rock. It's not the same. Plus Ardour crashes occassionally on me. It's a great DAW for linux but its not reliable enough (yet) for me. :/
yeah but they suck compared to the ones on windows. It's not as good. If only i knew how to get windows vsts working in ardour i've given up on it cuz of that. :(
bro u wont belive this (that website didnt help me much if ur the guy who gave me site i forgot) but i did find a kick ass plugin that works with jack.. and i fucking love it!!!!! Ardour stopped crashing to! Now.. im being honest LINUX is going to be my new DAW! The plugin that made me change my mind was "calfjackhost" if u dont have it GET IT NOW!!! The delay plugin is simple. GREAT PLUGIN! Also get "Jack Rack" it lets u use ladspa via JACK! its better thru jack(in my opinion) :D
the main reason i was complainigng abt this was becuase i needed a nice delay, reverb (w/ presets) and EQ plugin... ladspa tthru ardour to me was horrible i duno what it is abt the mixer in ardour but the buttons look nasty and the controls are slippery :s but when using ladspa and calf in jack i had what i wanted. A nice reverb plugin (w/ presets), several LADSPA EQ's, and a nice Delay plugin more than i needed. now to find that autotune plugin(i bet i have it but forgot name) :p
@xsznix yeah ur right i have it on my ubuntu studio install and on my windows 7 install for adobe audition lmfao its good shit that and gsnap but i like autotalent better :p

@True2TheBlueYoViGang the plugins you can get from the repository in Linux. I just installed Ubuntu Studio and I have... countless... plugins. A lot.
