This is a group who were really ahead of their time - their version of Smokestack Lightnin' recorded live on the Bell Records album "Off The Wall" 13 mins long is still a classic version. The whole L.P. is great.

Is this the same band who played at the Whiskey in L.A. ? Who recorded an L.P. on Bell Records? 'Off The Wall' which was terribly underated? Their 13 minute version of Smokestack is amongst the best.
